Refund Policy

Chambers Unchained LLC is committed to providing high-quality coaching, memberships, and group programs. Because our services involve significant preparation, scheduling, and delivery of personalized content, we maintain the following refund policy:
General Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for coaching sessions, memberships, or group programs once payment has been received.
Rescheduling
•     Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice.
•     Group sessions may be rescheduled if the group leader provides at least 7 days’ notice.
•     Missed sessions without proper notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Payment Plans
Clients who enter into a payment plan must honor the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable. Members may cancel future billing after the minimum commitment period by providing at least 14 days’ written notice. Access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in extraordinary circumstances, such as duplicate charges or administrative errors. Any such requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the transaction.
Agreement
By enrolling in a coaching package, membership, or group program, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy. Chambers Unchained LLC reserves the right to update this policy as needed, with changes communicated to active participants.
